Welcome Home Event

08/10/2026

Apple has an "event" (?) on October 13th to announce a lot of new home-focused hardware. Now that I think about it I can't believe it took them this long to fully plunge into smart homes but they will probably do it very well.

This embroidery is gorgeous!

The watch faces in question (Credit: 9to5Mac)

I will NOT be using it for AI because Siri AI is not supported on my iPhone. However, this is literally all I've ever wanted from an Apple Watch Face: the date, the time in big, beautiful serif font and 3 extra widgets. I just removed Siri and added the widgets I actually wanted. I love this so much.
